Dietary supplements and water together

Nowadays a number of medical practitioners suggest that any dietary supplements that are taken are used in the form of liquids. According to them, the absorption of these supplements is very easy as the body does not have to break them down if they are taken in the form of pills or solid forms. Water is a universal solvent and most natural based supplements would dissolve in water easily. It is estimated that when the supplements are in liquid form almost all of the supplements are absorbed by the body. in the case of pills this absorption is as low as 25 percent, due to the digestive process being involved. These processes get upset or busy with the ingestion of food. So quite often the supplements taken are left undigested and therefore not absorbed. This fact also makes medical practitioners suggest higher does than are really necessary. So a liquid supplement would even turn out to be cheaper in the long run.
