What Happens When Your Body Is Short On Water
The body is very sensitive to any shortage of water in it, and thirst is one such warning. Drink water whenever you feel thirsty. You will find your thirst sated easily with plain water and not so easily with the cold drinks and other beverages that are so much a part of the modern diet. No wonder that long distance runners prefer that glass or bottle of water to even energy drinks.
